Permission is granted to download one copy of the NailPins app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
The nail designs and images displayed in the app are for inspiration purposes. We do not claim ownership of all images; some may be curated from public sources. If you believe any content infringes on your copyright, please contact us for removal.
The materials on the NailPins app are provided on an 'as is' basis. RanksOn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall RanksOn be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the NailPins app.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
